How long I must wait for my delivery?
Dispatch time: 1-2 working days. We dispatch all your orders from Monday to Friday (from Norwich). Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class. If you prefer a 1st class delivery, a different delivery service or bulk shopping please contact us before making a purchase. Is there a free shipping?
Some of our products are delivered for reduced price or FREE. In addition, we offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders above £50. If you buy multiple items below £50 , your shopping cart will combine the posting price to make sure you pay a fair and reasonable price.
Is there a money back guarantee?
For most of our products we offer you a money back guarantee if you return your order within 14 days, as long as they are not used. Only live probiotics (kefir grains) are the exceptions; so you do not need to return milk/water kefir products at all. Read more about our return policy for probiotics.
Can I cancel my purchase?
We can cancel your order free of charge before dispatch .
One of the motto of our company to sell affordable items for five pounds. Often this price includes the postage cost as well. Therefore, before you pay more somewhere else, we suggest, look at the same products at eFiver.uk. There is a chance you can save few pounds and you will not be disappointed.
Can I buy some products cheaper?
Yes , we have sales ocasionally and sometimes You can find some coupon codes for cheaper purchases , good luck!
Can I backorder a product?
Yes you can! However the delivery of that product can lost longer then usually , typically 2 or 3 weeks.
Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?
Absolutely! We offer a 14 day returns guarantee on most items. Your used goods must be complete and without damaging. New products must be unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the goods in any way). Goods should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the goods must also be returned. We strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. If it is a large item, we can organise a collection for a fee of £10. Please contact us before returning any item. In some cases it does not need to be returned and we are going to replace/resend or refund the product.
